Our Teaching Team

Great learning starts with great teaching

We put more weight on how well someone teaches than on how impressive their title looks. This is the standard every Codzeka Academy instructor is held to.

Learn from people who know how to teach

We introduce our team as a team. What matters to a student is the quality of the teaching they get in every session — not a profile page.

At Codzeka Academy we select instructors carefully, based on their academic record, their technical depth, and their real experience in teaching and training. Our team brings together high-achieving university graduates and working technology specialists who know how to turn complex programming and AI concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.

What our instructors bring

Four things every instructor is chosen for

Strong academic foundation

Instructors come from solid academic and technical backgrounds, including high-achieving graduates and students from respected universities.

Real teaching experience

Every instructor has hands-on experience explaining programming and technology to students, not just building software on their own.

Practical, project-led approach

Lessons connect concepts to exercises, projects and real applications, so knowledge is used the same week it is learned.

Student-focused teaching

Sessions are designed around understanding, steady progress and confidence — the pace follows the learner, not the syllabus.

Selection process

How an instructor joins Codzeka Academy

Technical skill alone is not enough. Every instructor passes the same four stages before they lead a cohort.

01

Academic & technical screening

We review academic performance and verify practical depth in the specific technologies they will teach.

02

Live teaching demo

Candidates teach a real lesson to our team and explain a difficult concept from scratch, without jargon.

03

Mentored trial cohort

New instructors co-teach with a senior mentor and are observed across a full set of sessions before teaching solo.

04

Ongoing review

Student progress and session feedback are reviewed every cohort, and instructors keep training alongside our curriculum team.
